Our Service: The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by CourseSkul AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI through the Service is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you choose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COURSESKUL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourseSkul AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination where technically feasible.
